Their results speak for themselves. They completed the search in 63 days with candidates submitted within the first 30 days after the spec was approved. The caliber and quality of all 4 submitted candidates were really excellent; I could’ve hired each one of the candidates they brought to the table. The fact Ron and Michael were themselves in sales and engineering roles prior to their executive search careers contributed much to their ability to select quality candidates for sure – and this is implicit in the outcome and the results. This was something that was really remarkable. This was not an easy target given candidates needed the scale of big organization experience in combination with a need to be hands on in this role.
