Search: Corporate Controller		  
We recently retained Executive Advantage Group, Inc. to help us staff our Corporate Controller role at Coni-Seal, Inc. We have previously used retained search firms, but we have not been comfortable with the quality of candidates we saw via previous experiences. Executive Advantage Group's Michael Rothstein and Ron Bates have a differentiated approach to traditional retained executive search that resulted in our having a very good experience. The investment they made on the front end really empowered them to not only give candidates a lot of information about our company, culture, and the nature of the role, it empowered them with the ability to screen candidates thoroughly and not have the client waste their time with candidates that ultimately don't fit. Executive Advantage Group formally submitted 3 candidates with the first candidate submitted 25 days after the spec was approved. We interviewed all three candidates and ultimately hired the second candidate submitted. Ron and Michael exposed us to the caliber of candidates we sought in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Executive Advantage Group again, and I would recommend them to others as well.
