Unlike most firms, we don't simply flip a resume over a transom with our opinion attached.
When we formally submit a candidate for your Mission Critical search, you benefit from all of the information we have gathered from resume, to screening, to 2-hour in-depth interview. In short, you see what we've seen, and know the submitted candidate has been thoroughly evaluated against your Mission Critical Hiring Criteria for Strengths, Weaknesses & Fit.
Picking a Star out of a Crowd
When a candidate is "submitted" to a client for consideration, how are they submitted? We fill most positions with less than 3-4 "rifle-shot" candidate submissions. And when we do submit a candidate, we empower our clients with detailed write-ups that summarize our in-depth 2 hour interview with a candidate providing the client with the ability to make a well informed decision on the value of interviewing a submitted candidate.
