Our in-depth Position Spec creation process extracts all the opportunity parameters including Mission Critical Executive Leadership, Functional, Industry, and Communications Capabilities & Attributes and Cultural DNA Hiring Criteria nuances that make up our client's vision of the "Ideal Candidate". We then write a detailed 6-8 page Position Spec for your approval ensuring everyone on the team is on the same page.
