Through our unique synergy of experience and methodology, we bring a new standard to the executive search arena - a new standard that consistently results in filling client mission critical roles with less than 3-4 candidate submissions.
Picking a Star out of a Crowd
As an independent third-party we are able to dive deep when performing detail candidate reference checks. We ask a finalist candidate for -9- references (3-superiors, 3-peers, 3-subordinates) able to speak directly to the candidate’s executive skills and abilities that drove or limited the candidate's success. We provide this detail to our clients to augment a client’s interview experience and impressions of a candidate they may be considering to employ in a mission critical role. We also "leave the door open" with candidate references allowing our clients to follow-up directly if they choose.
