Search: Enterprise Sales Executive		  
We've recently completed a search for an Enterprise Sales Executive after retaining the services of Executive Advantage Group, Inc. Michael Rothstein and Ron Bates completed our search in 49 days hiring the candidate that was submitted first on day 15. They submitted 4 candidates, 2 of which became finalists. In comparison, the other firm's approach we looked at for this search was just to collect resumes and give them to us. We're a small company. I really liked the way Executive Advantage Group creates greater candidate population coverage by spread the word about our search through their viral marketing campaign approach to our opening. They did all the upfront work of screening and interviewing candidates to ultimately submit the best few for us to then process. They can do this in a very efficient and thorough way which ultimately saved us a lot of time on our end.
