Dictum Health was founded by Mory Ejabat in 2014. Mory is a widely recognized telecommunications pioneer. His broad experience includes Chairman and Co-Founder of Zhone Technologies where he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1999. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer at Zhone until 2014. With offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Dictum Health has developed a clinical medical tablet and cloud services platform that closes the gaps between disparate points of care, care providers, diagnostic/monitoring equipment, and health data management systems to improve health care quality, access and to reduce cost.
